An AI assistant for the viewer, richer apartment pages, and side-by-side compare

    AI ChatViewerApartmentsEmbed

The back half of June went into the viewer's conversation: a new AI assistant that answers buyer questions, apartment pages that read like real listings, and a way to put the assistant on your own site.

An AI assistant in the viewer

There's now an AI assistant (beta) built into the viewer. A floating chat opens over the floor plan, and visitors can ask about the project in plain language. Replies are model-generated and come back in whichever language the visitor is writing in, so a buyer asking in German gets answered in German.

It does more than answer text. The assistant can pull up the right apartments as clickable cards, ask the visitor to confirm what they're after before showing a list, and surface a contact option when a question goes beyond what it knows. It stays on-topic and politely declines questions unrelated to the project, and it can run a web search for outside facts like neighborhood or location context.

When a conversation turns into real interest, the assistant captures it as an inquiry rather than leaving it in the chat, and it updates an existing inquiry instead of creating a duplicate lead for a returning visitor. A "how it works" explainer introduces the feature, and the chat session persists across reloads so a buyer doesn't lose the thread.

The AI assistant is included with a project subscription.

Put the assistant on your own website

The assistant isn't limited to the viewer. You can embed it as a floating chat widget on your own marketing site or landing page with a single snippet, configured from its own setup page in the dashboard. It runs against the same project, so visitors on your site get the same answers and the same lead capture.

    See what people are asking

A chat activity page in the dashboard shows the conversations visitors are having. You can search across them, read the full transcript of any conversation, and see daily usage. A prominent Insights dialog summarizes the activity, so the questions buyers actually ask become something you can act on.

Apartment pages that read like listings

Apartment descriptions now take rich text. There's a proper editor in the dashboard for headings, lists, and emphasis, and the viewer renders the formatting instead of a flat paragraph. The gallery on an apartment collapses when it's long, and apartments carry a badge showing whether they're for sale or rent alongside similar units.

    Compare apartments side by side

Buyers can pick two apartments and compare them side by side in a centered card, so the choice between two units is a direct look rather than clicking back and forth.

    Add to website

The embed tools were reorganized under a clearer "Add to website" section, linked directly from a project's settings. The cards collapse so the page isn't a wall of options, the theme section starts collapsed, and there's a more prominent contact callout for getting help with setup.

    Smaller things

    • Favourited apartments are marked with a heart in the list, so buyers can spot the ones they saved at a glance.
    • The navigator editor gained a point type picker, note points for annotations that aren't linked to a unit, and a clearer unlinked state.
    • The 360 tour stats drawer now paginates and sorts its reach and hotspot lists, so large tours stay readable.
    • "Send feedback" was reframed as a "Need help" support request, so the button matches what people actually reach for it to do.
    • The mobile viewer got a round of polish: a full-parity menu, a full-screen AI chat, a left-anchored language menu, and smoother drawers.
