    360° building model

One model, every angle a buyer needs to trust the project.

Replace static renders with a fully navigable 3D model of the building. Buyers orbit, zoom and inspect the development the way they would a physical scale model — before it exists.

Most buyers decide how they feel about a building long before they visit. If all you can hand them is a render and a floor plan, they’re left filling in the gaps themselves, and off-plan those gaps are where interest quietly cools. A model they can move around removes the guesswork. They rotate the building, drop to a specific floor, and get a real sense of scale and orientation at their own pace.

The model isn’t a throwaway marketing asset either. It becomes the spine of the whole viewer. Walkthroughs launch from it, hotspots attach to it, and every apartment page inherits the same geometry. You build it once and it keeps working across every unit you sell.

    Why it matters
Built once, reused everywhereThe same model powers the viewer, walkthroughs and apartment detail pages — no duplicate assets to maintain.

    Common questions

Do buyers need to install anything to view the model?

No. It runs in the browser on desktop and mobile, so buyers open a link and start exploring. Nothing to download, no plugin.

Can it show buildings that aren’t built yet?

Yes, and that’s where it earns its place. Off-plan is exactly when buyers have the least to go on, so a model they can navigate gives them something solid to react to.

Where does the 3D model come from?

We build it from the architectural drawings and renders you already have for the development. You don’t need to commission anything new.

Does it perform well on phones?

It does. Orbit and zoom are tuned for touch, so the experience holds up on a phone the same way it does on a laptop.

    Working with YourNextHome

How long does it take to get a project live?

Days, not months. You hand over the drawings, renders and unit data you already have for the development, and we handle the build — you review a working viewer rather than starting from a blank brief.

Do we need developers or technical staff to use it?

No. Everything is run from a dashboard built for sales and marketing teams — inventory, pricing, media and copy are all managed without touching code. Connecting a custom domain or embedding the viewer is the most technical it gets, and both are guided steps.

Can we match our own branding and use our own domain?

Yes. Viewers carry your logo, colours and typography, and each project can be served from your own domain or subdomain, so buyers stay on your brand from first click to enquiry.

Can we update content ourselves after launch?

Yes. Availability, prices, media and copy are all editable from the dashboard and go live immediately — no redeploy and no waiting on us to publish changes.

    How is it priced?

You pay per project on a monthly or yearly plan, so cost tracks what you are actively selling rather than a flat platform fee. Pricing is public — the current rates are on the pricing page.

Who owns the leads and buyer data?

You do. Every enquiry and engagement signal a buyer generates is yours — visible in the dashboard and exportable. The platform never sits between you and your prospects.
