Until now every project was written as if it were for sale. July started by fixing that, and by giving units a piece of information buyers keep asking for.
Sale or rental, per project
A project is now either a sale or a rental listing. The setting lives in project settings, next to the project name.
In rental mode the unit statuses read Vacant, Let and Reserved rather than Available, Sold and Booked, everywhere they appear: unit cards, the details panel, the filters, the compare view, the inquiry form, the spreadsheet export and the AI assistant's answers. It is a wording change rather than a data change, so nothing needs re-entering and you can switch a project either way.
This replaces the old per-navigator relabel, which only covered one status and only in the viewer.
Property condition
Units can carry a condition, refurbished or unrefurbished. It is optional, editable on the unit form and through spreadsheet import, and buyers get it as its own filter in the viewer alongside rooms, floor and price.
A cleaner status filter
The status filter used to list every status the platform knows about, including ones no unit in the project uses. It now shows only statuses that some unit actually has, and hides itself entirely when there is nothing to filter.
Link preview and SEO in their own place
The settings that control how a project looks when someone shares its link, and how search engines read it, were mixed in with unrelated options. They are now their own card in project settings.
Saving is faster
Saving a project or a unit used to wait on the public viewer being refreshed before it returned. That refresh now happens in the background, so the dashboard comes back immediately and the viewer still picks up the change.
Panorama hotspots can choose where you land
When a hotspot in a 360 tour leads back to the building view, you can now pick which frame the viewer lands on, rather than returning to wherever the visitor last was.
A new website
Our own marketing site was rebuilt: a new landing page, feature and solution pages that explain what the platform actually does, a resources library, and proper terms, privacy and company details pages. There is also a report on off-plan sales for anyone researching the market.
