Interactive floor plans
Clickable, 3D floor plans buyers actually explore.
Replace the flat PDF with an interactive floor plan buyers can click through — tap any unit for live availability, specs and pricing, switch to a 3D view, and compare layouts side by side without leaving the viewer.
A floor plan on a PDF is a dead end. A buyer studies it, has a question, and has nowhere to click — so they email, or they don't. An interactive floor plan closes that gap. Every unit on the plan is live: click it and the price, size, orientation and availability are right there, next to the layout the buyer is already looking at.
It also lets a buyer read a plan they can't otherwise read. Most people can't picture a home from a 2D outline, so we render floor plans in 3D and let them compare two layouts side by side. The decision stops being abstract — this unit or that one — and starts happening on the plan itself, before anyone has to pick up the phone.
What buyers do on the plan
What is an interactive floor plan?
It's a floor plan where every unit is clickable. Instead of a static image, a buyer taps a unit and sees its availability, price, size and specs, can switch to a 3D view, and can open its gallery or an inquiry form — all inside the viewer.
Do I need to build the interactive floor plan myself?
No. You upload your floor plans and mark up the units, and the viewer turns them into an interactive, clickable plan. If you don't have plans in a usable format, our production studio can prepare them, including the 3D floor plan versions.
Can floor plans be shown in 3D?
Yes. Buyers can switch a plan between a flat 2D outline and a rendered 3D floor plan, which makes a layout far easier to read for someone who isn't used to plans.
Does the plan stay in sync with what's actually available?
It does. Unit status on the plan is driven by the same real-time availability as the rest of the viewer, so a buyer never clicks a unit that's already gone.
Can buyers compare two floor plans?
Yes. Side-by-side comparison lets a buyer hold two layouts next to each other, which is usually the moment they decide between two similar units.
How long does it take to get a project live?
Days, not months. You hand over the drawings, renders and unit data you already have for the development, and we handle the build — you review a working viewer rather than starting from a blank brief.
Do we need developers or technical staff to use it?
No. Everything is run from a dashboard built for sales and marketing teams — inventory, pricing, media and copy are all managed without touching code. Connecting a custom domain or embedding the viewer is the most technical it gets, and both are guided steps.
Can we match our own branding and use our own domain?
Yes. Viewers carry your logo, colours and typography, and each project can be served from your own domain or subdomain, so buyers stay on your brand from first click to enquiry.
Can we update content ourselves after launch?
Yes. Availability, prices, media and copy are all editable from the dashboard and go live immediately — no redeploy and no waiting on us to publish changes.
How is it priced?
You pay per project on a monthly or yearly plan, so cost tracks what you are actively selling rather than a flat platform fee. Pricing is public — the current rates are on the pricing page.
Who owns the leads and buyer data?
You do. Every enquiry and engagement signal a buyer generates is yours — visible in the dashboard and exportable. The platform never sits between you and your prospects.
