What visitors ask

When it recommends or compares units it shows clickable apartment cards with a photo, price and key details. Tapping a card opens that apartment.

Apartment cards in the chat

If it can't answer something, or the visitor asks for a person, it shows your sales contact with one-tap call and email so a keen buyer reaches a human quickly.

Hands off to your team

It knows your apartments, prices and availability, your project's About, gallery and downloads, plus anything in the knowledge file you upload. It refreshes automatically when your data changes.

It automatically replies in the visitor's language and switches if they change language. No setup needed.

When a visitor is interested it asks for their name and email, with their consent, and creates a lead for your team, linked to the full conversation.

About

When on, the view spins all the way around and back to the start. When off, it stops at the first and last image and the arrow is disabled.

When on, visitors can stop on any image. When off, the arrows jump only between images that have clickable areas or marked stops, and the images in between are used as transitions.

Turn on if the images were shot going anti-clockwise around the building. This flips the left and right controls so the view still rotates the way visitors expect.

How the 360 tour rotates, loops, and what visitors see.

Tour behaviour

Show a small compass dial in the viewer that rotates as visitors move through the views. Needs the 360° view to loop.

Show this tour as a tab in the viewer. Turn it off to hide a tour that is still being built or not ready for visitors.

How fast the view morphs between points when users tap the arrows, a highlight, or an apartment. Slower paces are smoother for tours that only jump between fixed viewpoints.
